When you click "Find a Class" or "Register Now" you will be redirected to the payment website.  Once payment is received, you will receive a receipt for payment.  You will receive a final email 2-days prior to your course with confirmation and more details about your course date.

All payments must be received in full at least 2-days prior to course start. 

No payment at start time of course forfeits the spot in the course.

   (An invoice will be emailed to you if you select invoice for payment.)

All registrations required to be paid 48 hours prior to training to hold spot in course.

Refund Policy:

• Training course registrations will not be confirmed until registration is complete and billing information is received in full.

• In order to cancel or reschedule a confirmed training please submit an email request to Ready2RespondTrainings@gmail.com.

• Please submit all cancellation requests 24 hours prior to the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.

• No shows and cancellations not made within the specified cancellation period will incur the full cost of registration.
